Accessibility is an important topic and we strive towards becoming a more inclusive institution. Therefore brut is continuously working on providing access and creating diverse and longlasting formats of accessibility – on, in front of and behind the stage. Your feedback in doing so is important to us. Please feel free to send questions and suggestions to steinmair@brut-wien.at or contact us directly at +436765878723. We are available by phone from Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
For information and ticket reservations please contact us via +43 1 587 8774 or tickets@brut-wien.at. The ticket office is available Monday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and 2 hours before the start of each performance. The box office opens 30 minutes before the start of each show.
Due to the limited seating capacity, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance online via our webshop. At brut nordwest, a maximum of 2 people with wheelchairs are currently permitted at each event.
The ticket for accompanying persons for wheelchair users and people with a disability pass is free of charge. We kindly ask you to show your ID when picking up the tickets (for yourself and your companion) at the box office.
There is no fixed seating in our theater space. If you require a specific seat, please send an email to us at tickets@brut-wien.at with information on which seats would be ideal for you or contact one of our employees at the evening of the performance. To plan in advance, please contact Hanna Steinmair at steinmair@brut-wien.at and by phone at +436765878723 from Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.
As brut cannot offer its own accessible parking spaces, we recommend using the nearest parking spots indicated on this website (300 -700 metres away). The courtyard of brut nordwest can be used by prior arrangement for short periods for arrivals and departures, but cars are not allowed to park for a longer period of time.
There is an open-air courtyard in front of brut, which is equipped with benches, tables and lighting and can be used by visitors before and after the performance. The bar is on the left and the entrance is on the right. The bar is at ground level and accessible without steps. There is a fridge on the floor for self-service sodas and bottled beer for a small donation. If you require assistance with the purchase of a drink, please contact our evening staff. Each event is attended by members of our team 30 minutes before the start. You will recognize us by our blue jackets with the yellow brut logo – please don’t hesitate to contact us.
The box office is located right at the entrance on the left and is staffed 30 minutes before the performance. The wardrobe is located right at the entrance to the hall on the right, the staff can accept jackets and backpacks directly. The wardrobe opens 30 minutes before the performance.
The grey space is accessible at ground level. The path from the courtyard into the hall is approx. 15 metres. The room is usually used as a foyer and opens about 30 minutes before the performance; there are seating areas and a wardrobe. A black box with a stand is set up in the centre of the room.
An accessible toilet (entrance door approx. 1.5 metres wide, sufficient turning space and grab rails) is available on the ground floor and is accessible without steps.
