We are available by telephone Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 16:00 and Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 as well as two hours before the start of each performance.
Webshop
Tickets for events at brut can be purchased at the brut webshop using MTMS. Information on prices and ticket links are found next to each individual event. The ‘Tickets’ button will direct you to the web shop. Tickets can be printed at home or be downloaded to your smartphone as a mobile ticket. Online tickets are available up to 2 hours before shows.
Box office
The box office at each venue opens 30 minutes before the start of each show.

Pricing

The three standard categories are €14 / €18 / €22
In addition, brut has introduced a new discounted category in order to continue to make projects and performances accessible to as wide an audience as possible:
Reduced category €10
The reduced €10 tickets can be used by anyone for whom the standard categories are not affordable or difficult to afford. Possible groups of people could be, for example: single parents, job seekers, welfare recipients, asylum seekers, students, pensioners, people with low incomes. The audience decides for themselves whether they want to make use of the reduced category; allocation is based on own judgement.
Accessibility for people with impairments / disabilities
Visitors who are dependent on a specific seat due to mobility restrictions or other visible or non-visible disabilities, are welcome to reserve a seat in advance. Please contact us via tickets@brut-wien.at (with the info which seats would be ideal for you) or contact one of our team on the evening of the performance.
Escorts of wheelchair owners have free admission. As well as people who are authorised to take an accompanying person with them. Tickets for wheelchair users and their companion can be booked directly via the webshop. Persons with a disability pass can reserve tickets for registered accompanying persons at tickets@brut-wien.at or +43 1 587 8774.
Discounts
Holders of the Ö1 Club Card, the Ö1 Intro Card, the DER STANDARD Subscribers Card and the Vienna City Card receive up to two tickets per production for €10 each. The corresponding discount must be selected as a category in the webshop under ‘Weitere Ermäßigungen’. For productions with several performance dates, the discount only applies to one date. Only one of the above three discounts can be applied per person. A combination with other discounts is not possible. Proof of discount must be presented at the entrance without being asked.
brut offers a discount for larger groups for all performances (no concerts) for 15 persons and more. Please send your request to tickets@brut-wien.at

Hunger auf Kunst und Kultur
brut provides a certain contingent of free tickets per event for Kulturpass holders (major concerts excluded). The tickets are regularly available via the webshop. Should the contingent be consumed, we invite Kulturpass holders to purchase tickets for the price of €10.

Our vouchers are redeemable at all brut events. Via webshop: Simply add the desired tickets to the shopping cart here and enter the voucher code in the payment process. Or for those who decide at short notice, directly at the box office.
