Anastasiia Vorobiova – VR & Avatar Workshop

This workshop offers a hands-on exploration of VR technology, blending performance, interactive discussion, and personalised guidance. Expect a short performance demonstrating innovative VR use, followed by a talk on the creative process and the technology behind the work. You’ll gain insight into the immersive tools transforming artistic experiences. Afterward, each participant will step into the VR space, guided by Anastasiia Vorobiova, to experience firsthand how virtual reality can shape art. This workshop is designed to provide an interactive, engaging experience, allowing you to actively participate and explore cutting-edge technology in action.

The workshop is part of the project STOP – From Macho to Davičo. Together with Anastasiia Vorobiova and other artists, Zoe Gudović will create a performance centred around the drag king character Zed Zeldich Zed. STOP – From Macho to Davičo will premiere at studio brut on 26 April.

Anastasiia Vorobiova is a new media artist and director originally from Ukraine. She holds a master’s degree in design from Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design.
