Andrea Gunnlaugsdóttir & Laia Fabre, And all in between

Laia Fabre is originally from Barcelona, Spain, and has lived in Vienna for many years. She is an interdisciplinary artist who graduated from BAU Art & Design University in Barcelona and studies visual arts under Dorit Margreiter at the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts. Her work, invited and exhibited internationally, consists mainly of performances, painting and video. Laia's work reflects on time issues, related to her  experiences in  every-day life and probing the limits between art and her generation’s life. In 2007, she and Thomas Kasebacher established the performance duo notfoundyet, which focusses on subjects around contemporary life and notion of community. Collaboration is a way to learn but also a way to show that different groups in society can work together.
