The fast-paced show JUSTITIA! Identity Cases by Gin Müller, Simonida Selimović, Mariama Nzinga Diallo & Edwarda Gurrola about the relationship between theatre, court and social media returns to brut. The trial focuses on hotly debated issues of identity politics, negotiated with humour, rap and dance. The performance was shown at the Impulse Festival in 2023 and nominated for the Nestroy Award.
On 19 February, after the performance No Place Like Home, you are invited to the conversation: Breaking Silence: On Limits, (In)Justice and Responsibility, with Malika Fankha, Oneka von Schrader, Asher Ó Gormáin and Emanuel Lerch. They will discuss themes such as victim protection as well as power asymmetries around sexualized violence in family systems. The talk in English will be hosted by Stefanie Sourial.
For four weeks – from 04 to 18 March 2026 – the imagetanz Festival will present new positions in choreography and performance. There is a special focus on accessible formats such as touch and tell tours, scent buffets and tactile tours, as well as exchange and relaxation practices. The programme will be released on 11 February.
