The MINTality Foundation supports girls* and young women* in the STEM field in realising their potential and breaking down social stereotypes. The foundation was established on the initiative of Therese Niss and focuses on evidence-based measures, cooperation with companies and a strong network. The aim is to get girls* and young women* interested in STEM at an early age, promote diverse teams, enable women* to pursue innovative careers and at the same time combat the shortage of skilled labour - from early education to career entry. www.mintality.at @mint_ality
