Florentina Holzinger, well known for her radical performances thrashing out pain barriers, invites everybody except men for a joint sparring exercise! Composure, stamina, willingness and overcoming one’s own fears – this sparring will bring out more than just your physical fitness. Supported by three-time world champion and kickboxing legend Orinta van der Zee and professional fighter and sports psychologist Btissame Amadour, she will try out not only various techniques of self-defense and hand-to-hand combat, but also strategies for your mind. Learn to surpass yourself surrounded by a strong community! No prior knowledge is needed. And please note: It’s women* only!
