The regular kitchen-sink meeting
This season, brut’s regular roundtable leaves its home at Künstlerhaus and embarks on a city tour – much like the theatre itself. Accompanying brut’s performance series entitled ‘brut at Theater Nestroyhof Hamakom’, the next kitchen-sink meeting is dedicated to the concept of home and homesickness. Therefore, everybody is invited to bring their favourite beverages from the old days as the brut staff, assisted by the guests, prepares culinary treats from their respective home regions. Let’s see which of the dishes manage to create a warm sense of home and what the food mix is going to look like!
Everybody is invited to brut’s regular open kitchen-sink meetings, from artists and colleagues to the audience, brut newbies or neighbouring institutions from Nestroyplatz and all over the city. Alternating chefs from inside brut keep guests busy with joint cooking, providing a lot of time to get to know each other and exchange views about anything from recipes to dentist recommendations or ideas for the next performance.
