THE AGENCY (since 2015) is a young performance group that experiments in an immersive way with the manifestations and formats of neoliberalism. THE AGENCY affirmatively overturns these formats. In the installative formats, viewers are gently integrated as customers, future members or clients. Aesthetically, THE AGENCY takes up the strategies of branding, atmosphere and corporate identity. The negotiated contents revolve around technologies of the self, post-human proximity, post-internet intimacy and alienation.
