imagetanz Opening Party
featuring DJs Bad&Boujee
At last it’s March again! At last it’s spring again! At last it’s imagetanz again! This year’s festival opens on March 2nd, and of course, a proper opening requires a proper opening party. For our first party, the DJs of Bad&Boujee will honour us with their presence and party-ready set.
Bad&Boujee are the first all-black female DJ & MC collective in Austria. It was established by Elisabeth Taruvinga and Enyonam Tetteh-Klu from Vienna in order to support and celebrate black women with various backgrounds. Together with their resident DJs Tonica Hunter and Tmnit Ghide and resident MCs Tanya Moyo and Tara Allan, they intend to throw parties where everybody regardless of colour of skin, gender and sexuality can be comfortable and let themselves go, thus lighting a beacon of solidarity.
