# One-to-one performance

One-to-one performances are works created and performed by artists mostly for one audience member at a time. One visitor encounters one performer – there is no one else watching. This creates intimate, personal shared experiences.  
They can be based on dance and movement, a lecture, or an interaction, such as a conversation. They last between ten minutes and one hour.
