Koproduktionshaus Wien GmbH, hereinafter referred to as brut Wien, endeavours to make its website accessible in accordance with the Bundesgesetz über den barrierefreien Zugang zu Websites und mobilen Anwendungen des Bundes [(Web-Zugänglichkeits-Gesetz – WZG) BGBl. I. Nr. 59/2019 idgF](https://www.ris.bka.gv.at/GeltendeFassung.wxe?Abfrage=Bundesnormen&Gesetzesnummer=20010727), as amended.  
This accessibility statement applies to brut-wien.at.

## Status of compliance with the requirements

Due to the following non-conformities and exceptions, this website is partially compliant with Level AA of the ‘Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1’ and with the applicable European Standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

This statement was drawn up on 15 August 2026.  
The assessment of the website’s compliance with the WZG for the implementation of the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 was carried out in the form of self-tests in accordance with WCAG 2.1 at Conformity Level AA in September 2026.  
Individual page content is regularly checked by the web editorial team when new content is published.

## Enforcement procedure

If you are not satisfied with the responses received via the contact details above, you may submit a complaint to the Complaints Office of the [Austrian Research Promotion Agency](https://www.digitalbarrierefrei.at/de/glossar/oesterreichische-forschungsfoerderungsgesellschaft-mbh-2) ([FFG](https://www.digitalbarrierefrei.at/de/glossar/oesterreichische-forschungsfoerderungsgesellschaft-mbh-2 "FFG - Begriff im Glossar nachschlagen")). The [FFG](https://www.digitalbarrierefrei.at/de/glossar/oesterreichische-forschungsfoerderungsgesellschaft-mbh-2 "FFG - Begriff im Glossar nachschlagen") accepts complaints electronically via the [Complaints Office contact form](https://www.digitalbarrierefrei.at/de/beschwerdestelle/kontaktformular-beschwerdestelle) (German).

The FFG will examine whether the complaint relates to violations of the Web-Zugänglichkeits-Gesetz (WZG), particularly to failure on the part of the federal government or associated institutions to comply with the accessibility requirements.

If the complaint is justified, the [FFG](https://www.digitalbarrierefrei.at/de/glossar/oesterreichische-forschungsfoerderungsgesellschaft-mbh-2) will recommend action to the federal government or the legal entities concerned and propose measures designed to remedy the problem.
