The live events with an audience at the venue in the brut programme are suspended from November 3rd till the end of the year. Further info regarding each event soon on our website.

Due to the current situation (especially the reduced ticket capacity) we ask our audience to buy the tickets ONLINE. Online tickets can be booked up to 2 hours before the start of the event.
On the days of the event there will be a waiting list by telephone from 10:00 a. m. To be included in the list, please call our ticket hotline (+43 (0) 1 587 8774 10).
Due to the current situation, we cannot keep a waiting list at the box office. The telephone waiting list replaces the waiting list at the box office.

A maximum of 2 tickets can be purchased by one person in order to facilitate contact tracking for the health authorities if necessary. If necessary, the health authorities will contact the purchaser to inquire about the contacts of the other persons.
In brut, the checkerboard pattern applies to all performances with fixed seats. This means that people from the same household must also keep a seat between them. So, unfortunately, cuddle break . . .
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer free seating. In the case of performances with fixed seating, seats are allocated to the visitors on site.
A ticket transfer should only take place if it is possible for you, in the case of contact tracing, to disclose the contact details of the new owner to the health authorities.
In the case of a COVID-19 infection, we record the contact details (name, phone number, e-mail address) of all visitors to enable the health authorities to make contact tracking possible. This data is collected exclusively for this purpose and is irrevocably deleted after the specified period of 28 days.
Already purchased tickets can be returned up to 3 hours before the show.
Please take advantage of this opportunity if you do not feel healthy! If COVID-19 symptoms are present or must be feared to be ill, the venue must not be entered.
Since brut events take place in many different venues, a COVID-19 info sheet for the respective venue and production will be sent to the audience in due time before the performances.
A post-entry is not possible due to the conditions in force. So now it’s time to be on time!
In such cases, please contact the telephone health advisor 1450. The health authority decides on the further action and will then ask brutally to disclose the relevant contact details.
