Ray Scheinecker ist Klinische Psychologin und Performerin in Wien. Ray performte national sowie international unter anderem für Ian Kaler, Alix Eynaudi, Elizabeth Ward und Michael Turinsky. Ihre Bewegungssprache formt sich durch Praktiken der Hip-Hop Kultur, Akrobatik sowie zeitgenössischem Tanz. Die Wahrnehmungsvielfalt und der Bereich der kreativen Audiodeskription sind derzeit im Fokus ihrer Recherche, mit dem Ziel, mehr Raum für die nicht-visuellen Ebenen im Tanzkontext zu kreieren. Ray Scheinecker war zuletzt 2026 mit ihrem Workshop *Move to the Beat – Stay for One Last Lasagna* für blinde und sehbehinderte Menschen, neuroqueere Personen sowie Freund:innen und Allies im Rahmen von brut barrierefrei im brut Wien zu erleben.
